A doctor’s referral is not required for a Podiatry private health appointment.

Please bring your private health insurance card to your appointment to access on the spot claims through our HICAPS system.

Note that not all private health policies cover podiatry services so check with your insurer if unsure.

Veterans Affairs (DVA)

Hyde Podiatry welcomes DVA patients.

Once your GP sends a referral form to us simply book an appointment.

We will take care of your needs and claim the DVA benefit on your behalf with no out of pocket gap.

Medicare (Care Plans)

Hyde Podiatry works closely with a number of GP’s to provide podiatry services under the Medicare system for those with chronic and complex care needs.

Once your GP sends a referral (care plan) to us simply book your appointment and let reception know the appointment will be under your care plan.

Please bring your Medicare card and Debit Card to your appointment to access on the spot claims through our HICAPS system.
